follow the steps

login to your blogger account
go to your desire blog
then go to template and click on edit html
now press ctrl+f and search for ]]></b:skin>


and paste the below code above it

.post-body img {<br /> width: 400px!important;<br /> height: auto!important; }

now save your template and check your image your all post image are resize automatically
you can change the imge width and height from 400 t0 500,300,600 etc
